our skateboarding base membership who we called him 'omid'.... he left us alone and go with the god .....
he was the best of people you can find ....
he dead friday .... in accident ... with blue cow car ......
all of skateboarders of hamedan are black this days ....
we sk8 all over the years in his memorial .....

Step 1
Snap the tail against the ground like you would for an ollie.
#
Step 2
Your front foot, turned at a slight angle, should be in the middle of the board.
#
Step 3
As you snap the tail, jump up with the board and flick your front foot to the side.
#
Step 4
As the board spins, keep both feet above the board while it completes the flip.
#
Step 5
Once the board has completed the flip, land on the board bending your legs as you hit the ground to absorb the impact
